Who are we?

Nelson Behar, President of NelMac Company Inc., has been an Entrepreneur and a Professional Business Developer for over 35 years.  That experience has created the trust that NelMac and the Network have in each other.

NelMac's principals enjoy a close relationship with a Network representing private equity funds, which have billions of dollars available for investments and acquisitions.

This Network and the funds it represents (collectively, the "Network") are interested in acquiring or investing in profitable businesses engaged in manufacturing, distribution or specialty service fields. They are able to act decisively and efficiently to acquire or invest in companies which, upon due diligence, meet their criteria. They do not have to find the capital; they already have it (a rare and enviable position given the collapse of the capital markets in 2008).  Above all, the candidates that NelMac is willing to introduce to the Network are assured that they will receive priority treatment from the Network.

What Does the Network Do?

The Network provides ready private equity capital and strategic know-how to facilitate Exit Strategies and other capital solutions for business owners, including:

- Family Succession Recapitalizations

- Management Buy-Outs*

- Growth Capital

- Financing Strategic Acquisitions

Once the due diligence process is successfully completed, the Network acts decisively and efficiently to complete the desired result. The Network has available to it ready private equity capital; it does not need to find funding sources - a unique position to be in after the 2008 crash (the worst since The Great Depression).

*Where incumbent managers can raise the funds and attract strategic partners to buy-out significant equity interests owned by inactive partners.
