What do we do?

We work with a Network that is seeking acquisitions and investment opportunities. Our focus is on identifying specific businesses that match their criteria and getting the business owner introduced to them.

Is my confidentiality protected?

Yes, we do not share any confidential information without the appropriate legal documents in place to protect confidentiality and our relationships.

How does it work?

We provide business owners with our Business Highlights Form to fill out so that the Network has adequate information on their business to start the process. 

We present this Business Highlights Form to the Network for their consideration and, if they are interested, the buyer prospects are then introduced to you, so that they can discuss with you the possibilities of a mutually satisfactory deal.  At that time you will get the appropriate Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention Agreements in place with them in order to protect  confidentiality of any sensitive business data or information.

The business owner maintains strict control of disclosure of any confidential information and the delivery of information to the buyer prospect.  The business owner is aware at all times of what the buyer prospect has received -- and by direct communication with the buyer, the owner is kept apprised of the buyer's level of interest.
